On March 18, 2025, Portugal Branch officially opened for business. It is located in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. The company has been equipped with a team of staff members who are familiar with China and Portuguese-speaking countries and are fluent in Chinese, English and Portuguese. Relying on the Group's resource advantages, the company focuses on the core areas of exhibition planning and execution, organization of cultural exchanges and activities, high-end business invitations, and bidding for international conferences and meetings, assisting the Group in providing one-stop professional services to its clients.

Core orientation and key business:
1. Two-way resource bridge
Provide promotional activities and investment attraction services in Portugal for the government, business associations and organizations in Mainland China and the Greater Bay Area, and introduce Portuguese quality enterprises and technologies to Macau, Mainland China and the Greater Bay Area market, so as to promote cross-border investment and industrial connection.
2. International Exhibition Planning and Execution
Assisting the Group's headquarters, the office provides full-process, customized exhibition planning and execution services by focusing on international exhibitions with its rich industry experience and professional team. Currently, the office is actively involved in the planning and preparation of the Portugal Science & Technology Exhibition, aiming to build a high-end platform for exchanges and cooperation between Chinese, Portuguese and even global science and technology enterprises. The office will work with local science and technology associations, universities and research institutes to integrate industry resources and bring in quality exhibitors and cutting-edge technological achievements.
3. International Conference Bidding and Execution
- The office will integrate the resources, cultural characteristics and industrial advantages of Portugal and China, formulate a professional bidding strategy to accurately match the needs of clients, and continue to utilize the advantages of resource integration in the execution of the conference to ensure the smooth progress of all aspects.
- In July 2025, we will participate in the “Marine Technology Forum”, which will be held in Lisbon in July and Macau in October under the “one meeting, two locations” model.
- In November 2025, we will co-organize the ICCA Asia-Pacific Chapter Meeting @ ICCA Annual Meeting 2025 in Porto to facilitate the exchange of the MICE industry in the Asia-Pacific region.
- In October 2026, we will organize and host the ICCA Asia Pacific CEO Forum and AP Destination Forum in Macau, focusing on forward-looking industry issues and promoting regional cooperation.
- We will assist the Group's headquarters in hosting the 2030 IJCAI International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence, which will be held in Lisbon.
4. Professional Partner Network
In-depth cooperation with top travel agencies and MICE service providers in Portugal to provide one-stop hospitality, travel and logistic support for participating enterprises and organizations, and to build a service ecosystem covering the entire chain to ensure efficient implementation of the event and excellent experience.
In the future, Portugal Branch will serve as the Group's strategic pivot and continue to expand its resource network to cover Portuguese and Spanish-speaking countries. Through the integration of regional advantageous resources, the Group will help its clients to open new channels of external cooperation, explore the potential of overseas markets in depth, and continue to promote multilateral economic, trade and cultural cooperation and development with the vision of “based in Portugal and linked globally”.
